Terms and Conditions
1. Registration: All bidders are required to register prior to the
auction. A bidder's contract must be signed by each bidder. (Please
read contract. Legal action will be taken immediately on anyone not
following terms agreed upon in contract, Auctioneers reserve the right
to refuse any applicant a bidder number and may revoke bidding
privileges at any time.
2. Payment: Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashiers check, company/personal checks. All company/personal checks and wire transfer ($15 fee for all wire transfers.) must have proper ID (Valid driver’s license). We also accept most credit cards. Anyone paying with a credit card will be charged a 5% handling fee. All items purchased must be paid in full on the day of the sale. We now offer the option of making a 20% non refundable deposit on purchases, which must in turn, be paid in full by the Friday following the sale. If the balance due is not paid by the said date, the purchaser forfeits all moneys exchanged.
3. Tax: Mississippi sales tax will be charged on all items at a rate
of 7% with the exception of titled vehicles. Farmers tax rate- 1% on
farm tractors and 3% on farm implements. All farmers purchasing
tractors and/or farm implements must fill out an affidavit. All
bidders buying for resale must present a copy of the original sales
tax number certificate at time of registration. All buyers not
presenting this certificate will be charged 7% sales tax. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
4. Buyers Premium- In addition to the cost of the item(s) purchased, a 10% Buyers Premium on the first $2,500 and 1% thereafter per item will be added.
5. Warranty/Liability: Each lot is sold as-is, where is and with all
faults and defects therein. The item purchased immediately becomes the
responsibility of the purchaser at the time it is "SOLD" by the
auctioneer. There are no warranties as to the merchantability or
fitness of use, years of manufacture, VIN or S/N, model, or make,
either expressed or implied, or any items in this sale. The auctioneer
will advise the bidder, to the best of his knowledge, as to the
condition of the item. The buyer should understand he/she is buying
the property entirely upon his/her examination or opinion. There is no
refund policy at this auction.
6. Check out: After you have cleared payment with the cashier, you may
start moving purchased items. All items purchased must be removed
within (3)three working days. Loader will be on-site to assist you.
Anyone needing more time before moving, must get approval from
management.
Special note: As our company grows, we strive to serve each and every
customer with an equal and ample amount of time. Please feel free to
address us with any concerns you may have. We hope you enjoy our
auction and continue to spread the word. We conduct auctions to
transfer ownership of surplus, not to appraise equipment. Please
attend out auction with buying in mind. We have a long list of
improvements to our facility and upcoming auctions.
