By agreeing below, I understand that I have entered into a contract with Cuevas Auction. I agree to pay all buyers fees and taxes. I understand that I must pay in full by the end of each sale or make a 20%, nonrefundable deposit toward each item purchased. I further understand that if I do not pay the remaining balance by the following Friday, I will forfeit all monies exchanged and will become liable for any and all expenses incurred by Cuevas Auction and the consignor of the said items purchased by me.

I also understand that I will be charged a 10% Buyers Premium up to but not to exceed $100.00 per item.

All sales sold as is, where is. All sales final.

Credit Cards will have a 5% handling fee.
